About the League
NFL Flag Football of Ocean was started as an alternative to youth tackle football to both avoid contact while young athletes are still growing and developing, and also to allow these athletes to pursue multiple sports and interests while playing football. All games will be played Sunday mornings at the Municipal Gym fields on West Park Ave.
Age Groups
NFL Flag of Ocean offers 2 different age-based divisions:
7-9 years
10-12 years
Ages are as of 8/1/2024
REGISTRATION
There are two ways to register for the league.
Teams - Any coach that wants to register a team consisting of up to 13 players may do so.
Individuals - We will accept individual player registrations and will form teams accordingly.
